About Us

Who does she think she is?

     Our founder, Lenora Smith, left a successful, yet unfulfilling, 16-year career in banking to become a fashion designer. What she discovered while on this journey was not only purpose, but her identity, and what it means to be a Bahamian.

     Armed with a MBA and a Certification in Fashion Design Entrepreneurship, she began Exodus Streetwear in 2023 before the birth of her long-awaited son. 

What are we doing here?

     As part of the slow fashion movement, we design made-to-order streetwear for men and women mainly constructed from high quality denim, cotton, and canvas fabrics. Exodus Streetwear expresses a fusion of the Bahamas’ bold and vibrant heritage, and that of the USA, one of its allies, whose hip-hop culture played a big part of her story and identity.

What's the point of all this?

    This eclectic combination of culture, nature, art, and fashion, will make your parents wish they were young again.

     We are committed to designing and producing comfortable apparel of superior quality, maintaining the trust and respect of our customers, staff and the environment in which we operate. (Seriously, it's not about the money, or else we would have quit long ago...)

    We care about the environment too, and our current business model utilizes a made-to-order method, which means, nothing is made until you order it.

    We're not purrrrfect (like our Purrrrfect crop hoodie ;) ), but we will do our best to resolve every concern or question you have related to our business (we like to mind our business over here #iykyk).
